Hello! I’m Kelda Bassham, and I'm passionate about helping adults navigate their unique challenges on their journey to personal growth and healing. I have over a decade of experience aiding folx in working through traumatic experiences. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, SSP/RRP, and am Internal Family Systems-informed. I work with a variety of people, focusing on anxiety, stress management, self-discovery, healing medical trauma, and dissociation, including DID. Creating a warm and safe environment is key, as this creates space for openness, security, acceptance, and ultimately, healing.
